Profile Alysha has prosecuted criminal cases since her admission to the bar, both in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. She has prosecuted a number of District Court jury trials and defended hearings in New Zealand. In the United Kingdom, Alysha prosecuted various Local Authority cases and spent 18 months conducting prosecutions against both large companies and individuals for alleged breaches of environmental legislation.
Alysha advises on and prosecutes cases alleging breaches of the Fair Trading Act. Alysha also prosecutes criminal jury trials and defended hearings. As a member of the medico legal team she is involved with ACC prosecutions.
