Profile Amy is a Crown Prosecutor and has prosecuted on behalf of the Crown in numerous District Court jury trials. She has managed and conducted prosecutions on behalf of the Housing New Zealand Corporation and the Accident Compensation Corporation in courts in the top half of the North Island. As well as acting on behalf of numerous other government departments.
Amy advises numerous health sector clients, including District Health Boards, in particular in South Auckland. She has acted on behalf of the District Health Boards in numerous applications and hearings in the District and Family Courts as well as experience in the Coroner’s Court.
