Profile Annabelle advises clients on a wide range of property, commercial and contract law matters. She has particular interests in commercial leasing, advising on commercial property acquisitions, particularly unit title developments and advising overseas clients on New Zealand acquisitions and obtaining Overseas Investment consents.
She has recent experience in obtaining Overseas Investment consent for several international entities for significant acquisitions, acting for a national fast food chain on leasing and advising a major lender in relation to the new credit contracts legislation.
