Profile
Ben joined the firm at the start of 2008 and has assisted in a wide range of commercial property, company and contract law matters. He has been gaining experience in the preparation of company documentation and construction contracts, and has been involved in residential and commercial property transactions. He has recent experience in intellectual property matters, including preparing trade marks and acting to protect the rights of copyright owners. Ben has also been gaining experience in Securities Act issues, and in the preparation of commercial leasing documents.
