Profile
Claire Campbell is a solicitor at Meredith Connell in the medico-legal/public liability team. Claire’s experience has included a broad range of medico-legal, commercial and civil litigation. Her experience includes managing significant litigation, acting as counsel in Coroner’s inquests and mental health inquiries. She has given advice to clients on a wide range of medico-legal issues, on complaints made to the Health and Disability Commissioner, on the collection and disclosure of health information and advised health sector clients on difficult contractual disputes. Claire’s practice also involves prosecuting regulatory offences involving medicines and other health related legislation. Prior to joining Meredith Connell, Claire worked for a number of years in the litigation department of a large national law firm and for a year at the Office of the Health and Disability Commissioner.
