Profile
James is a Crown Prosecutor in the Commerce Commission and Medico-Legal teams. He prosecutes in the summary and indictable jurisdictions in both the District and High Courts.
James spent the first two years of his career in the general litigation team at Russell McVeagh, where he gained exposure to a range of civil litigation matters.
Since joining Meredith Connell in February 2007, he has provided advice to the Commerce Commission on broad spectrum of issues arising under both the Fair Trading Act and Commerce Act. In addition, James is a member of the Medico-Legal team and conducts jury trials in the criminal jurisdiction.
