Profile
John has been involved in the commercial and commercial property sector in both the United Kingdom and New Zealand since 1992.
John acts for both New Zealand and international clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial issues including setting up investment and acquisition structures, joint ventures, partnership agreements, shareholder agreements and advising on the associated funding arrangements. John's recent projects in New Zealand include advising on the acquisition of significant hotel and leisure developments, property portfolios and structuring property syndications. John also advises companies and government departments on construction projects.
