Profile
Michael has 15 years' experience as a commercial property specialist, and has acted for a number of prominent property investment and development companies, both listed and unlisted, as well as acting for central and local government entities. Michael provides advice and assistance to both public and private clients on all aspects of commercial property law , including the realisation of major sale and purchase transactions, commercial leasing, and the completion of complex subdivisions. He has particular expertise in the statutory side of property law.
