Profile
Nick’s practice is focused on civil and criminal litigation arising from commercial and securities regulation, and in particular proceedings under the Fair Trading, Commerce, and Securities Acts. In addition, Nick provides advice to the Ministry of Economic Development in the field of Crown Minerals and acts on behalf of the Police and other governmental departments.
He is also a senior Crown Prosecutor who has conducted numerous jury trials on behalf of the Crown in the High Court and District Court.
Nick has previously worked as a private banker and investment advisor in Switzerland and New Zealand and he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
