Profile
Steve advises clients on a wide range of property, commercial and contract law matters. He has particular interests in major infrastructure projects, Public Works Act acquisitions and compensation negotiations, and trusts and personal asset planning.
Recently, Steve has acted for a national utility operator in relation to a major ongoing Auckland infrastructure project, involving advice on the statutory regime applying to various parties property rights and the tenure options available, and negotiating complex property right arrangements.
