Criminal prosecution
Background Susan has worked at Meredith Connell for 12 years. Prior to that, she worked at The Crown Solicitors Office in Wellington and prior to that for three years in a small-medium sized Auckland law firm working in a litigation team.
Experience Susan's particular experience is in criminal prosecution. She has appeared in the District Court, High Court and Court of Appeal on a wide range of criminal matters. She also has appeared on many CYPS proceedings. In the medico - legal matters Sue has experience in inquests and mental health proceedings.
