An Associate in the firm's general litigation department, Anna has built a strong track record across a range of criminal, regulatory and civil work since she was admitted to the Bar in 2003.
She has a particular interest in public law, having both pursued and defended judicial review proceedings for a range of clients, including the Minister of Immigration, New Zealand Police and the Department of Internal Affairs.
She has appeared before a wide variety of Courts and other tribunals, including the Court of Appeal, High Court, District Court, Parole Board, Refugee Status Appeals Authority, Deportation Review Tribunal and Gambling Commission.
