Moana is an Associate in the firm's General Litigation team. She has more than 10 years' expertise advising the Inland Revenue Department in criminal and civil tax matters and appearing in both the criminal and civil jurisdictions in the Court of Appeal, High Court and District Court on tax matters.
Moana is the Associate responsible for all indictable tax prosecutions. She also provides advice to the Serious Fraud Office in relation to prosecutions and conducts summary and indictable prosecutions on behalf of the Police and other government departments in the High Court, District Court and appeals to the Court of Appeal.
