An Associate in the firm's criminal practice group, Rachael has over 14 years' experience in the law – with most of that being in criminal law. Based in the High Court team, she prosecutes High Court trials as sole counsel and leads the firm's fraud team.
Previously, Rachael spent three years as a prosecutor in the Serious Fraud Office and also worked in one of the top three London firms practising in the criminal fraud area. She also has experience in Resource Management.
Sample Mandates
In recent proceedings, Rachael prosecuted the High Court trial of a former Olympian for sexual violation by rape and assault; she was second counsel on three recent high profile murder trials and she was also lead counsel on the High Court trial of a husband and wife for arson and insurance fraud.
