Robin McCoubrey

Robin is a prosecutor in the firm's criminal practice group.
He was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2000 and practised as a Barrister in London (appearing for the prosecution and defence in criminal matters) before moving to New Zealand in 2008.
The focus of his prosecution work is organised (predominantly drug-related) crime. He also advises and acts for the Commissioner of Police in applications to restrain and forfeit the proceeds of crime.
Robin also acts for a number of departmental clients and Crown Entities, including the Commerce Commission, the Department of Internal Affairs, and the Ministry for Culture and Heritage.
