Robin Willox

Robin is an Associate in the firm's general litigation team specialising in tax litigation. He joined Meredith Connell in 1994 and since that time has been engaged in the revenue team doing tax and customs litigation. During that period he has prosecuted both criminal and civil matters in District Court and in the High Court at Auckland. He has appeared on many disputed tax cases in the Taxation Review Authority.
More recently the focus of his work is indictable tax prosecutions in the District Court. Robin is also an approved trainer for the Inland Revenue Aspire Training Products and is currently delivering seminars to Inland Revenue on asset preservation focusing on freezing orders and charging orders. Robin has acted for Inland Revenue in insolvency-related litigation.
Prior to joining Meredith Connell Robin had 10 years' experience as an in-house solicitor working both in the manufacturing sector in Hawkes Bay and in the banking sector in Wellington.
