Wendy has wide-ranging experience in the civil and criminal jurisdictions. She has assisted private clients and governmental bodies with advice on general litigation issues including trust and family protection disputes, insolvency, insurance and regulatory compliance. Wendy has appeared as sole counsel in many High Court trials in both jurisdictions.
Wendy has also prosecuted regulatory offences involving medicines, fraud, health and safety, and Resource Management Act offences.
Wendy is a prosecutor and is currently focused on prosecuting serious indictable crime.
