Since joining Meredith Connell in 1993, Cyril has been a Senior Crown Counsel and, for 13 years, a Partner with the firm. He is currently a consultant to Meredith Connell.
He is a specialist in taxation and insolvency law acting for the Inland Revenue Department and recently for the Australian Tax Office under the tax treaty with Australia. Cyril has delivered numerous seminars for clients and members of the legal and accountancy professions on tax and insolvency topics.
Prior to joining Meredith Connell, Cyril was Dean of Business at Unitec New Zealand, lecturing in taxation and insolvency law to accountancy and commerce students.
