The Meredith Connell management team is headed up by our CEO Malcolm Harris.
Unlike many large firms, our focus on value for our clients means we prefer to maintain a relatively thin, highly efficient management layer. That approach applies to our public-facing communications too, with the emphasis on personal, direct contact over lavish, self-congratulatory marketing campaigns
The style of management at the firm is a good barometer for our culture generally – we work hard, we work as a team but, just as with our legal staff, there’s a strong emphasis on a positive work/life balance so that everyone on staff can use the time and resources they need to succeed and flourish in life outside of the office as well.
