Brian Dickey

Brian is the head of our Regulatory and Commercial Litigation department.
He joined the firm in 1994 and was made a Partner in 2000.
With a background in serious crime prosecutions, Brian now advises on and conducts complex regulatory and commercial cases for a number of mostly (but not exclusively) public sector clients, including the Financial Markets Authority, Companies Office, SFO and the Official Assignee.
