Steve advises clients on a wide range of property, commercial and contract law matters. He has particular interests in major infrastructure projects, Public Works Act acquisitions and compensation negotiations, commercial property investment and structuring, and trust law.

Acting for major utility providers Watercare Services Limited, Transpower New Zealand Limited and Northpower Limited in relation to infrastructure projects and Public Works Act issues, including advising on statutory regimes and tenure options available, and negotiating complex property right arrangements.

Acting for investors on the acquisition, development, management and disposal of a diverse range of commercial property, including shopping centres, office towers, carpark buildings and resorts.
