The General Litigation Team at Meredith Connell has recently been constituted to provide new and existing clients of the firm with specialist civil and commercial litigation advice and support.
The team is at any one time involved in a wide range of matters covering issues such as directors duties, local government advice, civil litigation, judicial review, arbitrations and mediations as well as prosecution services. The team works closely with the Commercial Property Team to provide the necessary support to private clients at all stages of commercial disputes.
