Company Law and Related Litigation

Under the leadership of Brian Dickey the Commercial Regulatory Team is involved in providing advice to both the private and public sector regarding company law issues, insolvency law matters and litigation which involves these areas of practice. The team works closely with the Official Assignee providing advocacy services for it and assisting in the discharge of its statutory functions. Other clients include the National Enforcement Unit of the Companies Office and various liquidators. The team is accordingly in the perfect position from which to provide sound and principled advice on all matters regarding company and insolvency law litigation.
